There will be a team of 2 members for this round. In this round we will make a password protected folder containing a series of questions in form of word files, each containing a question related to the concepts of Electronics. Each participating team will have solve the question and hence, unlock the next protected folder for the next question and so on. The participating team unlocking maximum number of folders in 10 minutes will be promoted to the next level. Maximum 6 teams will be promoted to the next level.

In this round, a Dum Sharads type game will be played by the promoted teams. One player of each team will pick a play card containing the name of the device and he/she will act (without speaking) and make the other person guess the device. The team guessing maximum of devices in 5 minutes will be promoted to the next level. Maximum 4 teams will be promoted to Round 3. And the teams will get a bonus in next round depending upon the number of components guessed.

In this round, mystery cards containing the name of the basic electronic components will be given to the qualifying teams. Each team will have to choose 5 mystery cards randomly from a box and will have to make a circuit using those components. Connecting wires, breadboards and battery sources will be provided to every team. The winners of Round 2 get complementary components depending upon their rank in Round 2. The team presenting the best electronic circuit will be declared as the winner. This round will be based upon their IQ, capability, presentation skills and knowledge of concepts.
